Shanti Yoga offers public classes, privates, and semi private options. We will continue to live-stream so you can have the option to practice at home, or when you are out of town!

Guidelines for live-stream practice:
We use Zoom for our live streaming. You can use your existing Zoom account if you have one. Otherwise, you can sign up for a free account at zoom.us.
IMPORTANT. You need to Login to your Shanti Yoga account before you sign up for a class. If you don’t have an account, you need to create one by entering your email address on the login page. Having an account will be your key to the live-streaming class when it starts.
Sign up for classes on our class schedule as usual.
Login to your Shanti account 15 minutes before the start of class. Look for and select the VIEW BROADCAST LINK. It’ll take you to the zoom yoga room.

Shanti (pronounced shONtee) means “peace” in Sanskrit … peace individually, collectively, and universally. We named our studio Shanti Yoga because we are dedicated to spreading peace, health, and greater levels of self-awareness through yoga. All are welcome to our studio to learn not only how yoga can help create a healthy body, but also how applying the philosophy and practice of yoga in daily life can develop an open heart and a peaceful mind.
